A graduate of the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI, Payel Gupta, M.D. went on to The College of Human Medicine at Michigan State University for medical school. She then completed her Post-Doctoral training in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, IL and continued her training as a Fellow in Allergy and Immunology at a combined program at SUNY Downstate Medical Center and Long Island College Hospital in Brooklyn, NY.
Dr. Gupta is board certified in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics and Allergy and Immunnology. Dr. Gupta’s specialties include eczema, urticaria, allergic rhinoconjunctivitis, asthma, disorders of the immune system and food allergies. Dr. Manoj Abraham is board-certified in both otolaryngology and facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, currently serving patients at ENT Faculty Practice.
Dr. Abraham received his medical degree from Cornell University Medical College. After medical school, Dr. Abraham completed General Surgery internship at Lenox Hill Hospital followed by Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery residency at Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital. He was chief resident at New York University Medical Center, prior to moving to the west coast to complete a fellowship in Facial Plastic Surgery and Microvascular Head and Neck Reconstruction at University of California, Los Angeles Medical Center. Dr. Abraham has been a Clinical Instructor at New York Medical College for the past several years. He teaches at New York Eye & Ear Infirmary in Manhattan, and operates at Westchester Medical Center.
Dr. Abraham specializes in rhinoplasty (medical and cosmetic surgery of the nose), otoplasty (pinning and shaping of ears), and in rejuvenation of the face and neck (facelifts, eyelifts, laser skin treatments). A magna cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Mauli Desai, M.D. went on to earn her medical degree with honors from Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York, NY. Dr. Desai completed her residency training in Internal Medicine at Columbia University Medical Center/New York-Presbyterian Hospital and her fellowship training in Allergy and Immunology at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
Dr. Desai is board certified in Internal Medicine and is board eligible in Allergy and Immunology. Dr. Desai specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of allergic and immunologic conditions in adults and children. These conditions include, but are not limited to, allergic rhinoconjunctivitis, asthma, eczema, urticaria, and food allergies.

Dr. Mike Yao is a fellowship trained head and neck surgical oncologist. A graduate of the University of California, Dr. Yao went to Yale University, School of Medicine. He did his residency in Otolaryngology at Stanford University and completed with a Head and Neck Surgical Oncology Fellowship at MD Anderson Cancer Center.
After completing his fellowship, Dr. Yao joined the faculty at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he rose to the rank of Associate Professor and served as program director of the residency program. In 2008, he joined the faculty at Stanford University where he specialized in care of patients with melanoma of the head and neck. Just prior to joining the ENT Faculty Practice, he was an Associate Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology at the Stanford University Medical School and Chief of Otolaryngology at the Palo Alto VA Hospital.
Dr. Yao’s scope of practice includes care for pediatric and adult patients with malignant and benign tumors of the head and neck including tongue, mouth, pharynx, tonsil, nasopharyx, pyriform sinus, larynx, neck and sinus cancers , salivary gland tumors, thyroid and parathyroid diseases, skin cancers of the face, neck and scalp, skull base tumors, sinus diseases, sleep apnea and snoring. Dr. Yao has particular expertise in treating melanoma of the head and neck including sentinel lymph node biopsy, minimally invasive thyroid surgery and endoscopic skull base surgery. He is unique in developing techniques to minimize the aesthetic effects of parotid surgery by using hidden incisions and tissue fillers to maintain facial contour.
Dr. Yao has over 30 publications and been invited to lecture nationally and internationally over 90 times. He has been named to the Best Doctors list every year since 2003 and America’s Top Doctors in 2010.
A summa cum laude graduate of Columbia University in New York City, Dr. Tali Lando, M.D. graduated with honors from medical school at Weil Medical College of Cornell University and was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. Dr. Lando completed her joint residency at the Columbia and Cornell campuses of New York Presbyterian Hospital followed by a prestigious two year fellowship in Pediatric Otolaryngology at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Dr. Lando is board certified in otolaryngology head and neck surgery.
Dr. Lando treats pediatric patients from birth to adolescence while placing parents and young patients at ease with her approachable style. Dr. Lando has undergone intensive training in both endoscopic and open airway surgery at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, one of the busiest airway centers in the US. Dr. Lando has served as an instructor in the annual University of Pennsylvania Airway Foreign Body Course. She has published several articles in the adult and pediatric otolaryngology literature. She has also written chapters on the topics of general pediatric otolaryngology, minimally invasive techniques in airway reconstruction surgery and congenital neck masses. She has presented at the national level on vocal cord paralysis and its surgical interventions, including re-innervation.
Dr. Lando has significant experience with a newer, less invasive approach to specific airway disorders using balloon dilation. She has had extensive training in utilizing bipolar radiofrequency plasma ablation (Coblation) to treat various head and neck lesions including lymphatic malformations and sinus polyps. She is interested in a wide range of general pediatric otolaryngologic disorders including adenotonsillar hypertrophy, obstructive sleep apnea, otitis media, hearing loss, and tympanic membrane perforations. She has a special interest in airway disorders as well as congenital neck masses including thyroglossal duct cysts and branchial anomalies.
Dr. Deya Jourdy, M.D. is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery. A magna cum laude graduate of Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, Dr. Jourdy graduated medical school at Weill Medical College of Cornell University. He then completed his joint residency at the Columbia University and Cornell University campuses of the New York Presbyterian Hospital (where he received the prestigious Distinguished Housestaff Award for exemplary service), and the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. After his residency, Dr. Jourdy completed additional sub-specialty training at an internationally recognized premiere fellowship in Rhinology and Endoscopic Skull Base Surgery, devoted exclusively to the treatment of advanced sinus disease and minimally invasive skull base and orbital surgery, at the University of Miami.
Dr. Jourdy has significant experience with newer minimally invasive approaches to the sinuses, anterior skull base and brain, pituitary gland, and orbits (eyes), to treat disorders in these regions without external incisions. He has had extensive training in utilizing minimally invasive techniques for the treatment of sinonasal disease, such as sinusitis, deviated nasal septums, epiphora (excessive tearing), inferior turbinate hypertrophy, mucoceles, nasal obstruction, nasal polyps, nose bleeds, orbital disease due to Grave’s disease, smell and taste disorders, and tumors (benign or malignant). In addition, Dr. Jourdy has had extensive training in minimally invasive base of skull surgery for the treatment of cerebrospinal fluid leaks, encephaloceles, meningoceles, pituitary tumors, and skull base tumors/lesions. Utilizing a combination of specialized high definition intraoperative digital imaging, custom designed micro-instruments, minimally invasive balloon sinuplasty techniques, office-based procedures, and computer guided navigation, Dr. Jourdy is able to provide his patients with the most cutting edge and yet least invasive approaches to address disease processes of the sinuses and anterior skull base. This offers numerous advantages in terms of the surgery, recovery, and quality of life for his patients after surgery if needed, and in certain patients, can help avoid large skull openings, brain retraction, and/or disfiguring facial scars. Dr. Jourdy is currently the only physician with this combination of advanced training in Westchester, NY.
Dr. Jourdy is presently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at the New York Medical College. He has served as an instructor at multiple endoscopic sinonasal and skull base anatomy and surgical techniques courses. He has also presented at the national level and published numerous articles and book chapters in the otolaryngology literature focused on sinonasal disease and endoscopic skull base surgery. In addition, Dr. Jourdy is an active member of the American Rhinologic Society, the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy, and the American Academy of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery.
A graduate of University of Bologna, Italy, Arthur N. Vecchiotti, M.D. went on to Metropolitan Hospital to complete his Post-Doctoral training as Resident in General Surgery as well as at Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital as a Resident for Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery. He was past chief of the Department of Otolaryngology at Metropolitan Hospital, as well as Section Chief at Phelps Memorial Hospital, where he is presently a Senior Attending Surgeon.

Anca E. Tchelebi-Moscatello, M.D. became interested in beauty, aesthetics, and anti-aging therapies while in her teens.
